Request for proposals for IT Hardware & End User Device Solutions Description of Goods / Services Supply and delivery of laptops, monitors, docking stations, headsets, keyboards, mice, networking equipment, and related lifecycle services. Optional / Value-Added Services Warranty management, local break/fix support, device lifecycle management, certified data destruction, asset disposal, refurbishment, and recycling. Award Model Hybrid model. The Parties may award global, regional, and/or local framework agreements to one or more suppliers. Outcome of RFP The Parties intend to make a joint award recommendation. Contracts will be executed separately by each Party. Framework Duration Bidders should assume an initial three (3) year term with the possibility of two (2) one-year extensions.
