The Subject Of Procurement Is A Ship For The Purposes Of Controlling The Maritime Space Over Which The Republic Of Croatia Has Sovereignty, I.E. Sovereign Rights And Jurisdiction In Accordance With International Law. Given That Fishing Is A Strategic Branch Of The Economy In The Republic Of Croatia, And In Order To Achieve The Sustainable Development Of Fishing, Its Economic, Ecological And Social Role And The Objectives Of The Fishing Policy, It Is Necessary To Carry Out Supervision And Control Of The Internal Fishing Sea, Which Includes Inland Sea Waters, And The External Fishing Sea, Which Includes The Area Of ​​The Territorial Sea Of ​​The Republic Of Croatia And The Exclusive Economic Zone Of The Republic Of Croatia. The Overall Length Of The Boat Should Be At Least 55M, The Width Should Not Be Less Than 9M, And It Must Have Accommodation For At Least 30 People.
