Contractors Who Submit An Offer That Is Not Subject To Rejection May Apply For The Contract, And The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Will Submit, Within The Specified Deadline, The Epd And Within 10 Days Required In The Swz Pśd In Terms Of: 1) Meeting The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings, 2) Not Being Subject To Exclusion. 2. Only The Contractor With The Highest Rated Offer Submits Eed Declarations, And Eed Declarations Should Be Submitted For Entities Submitting A Joint Offer And For Entities Providing Potential, Submitted Separately For Each Of These Entities. Upon Request, The Jedz Is Submitted In Electronic Form With An Electronic Signature Qualified To Meet The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings And Not Being Subject To Exclusion. 3. The Contractor Completes The Jedz By Creating An Electronic Document. May Use The Espd Tool Or Other Available Tools Or Software That Enable Completing The Epd And Creating An Electronic Document, In Particular In One Of The Formats Indicated In The Swz.4. The Information Contained In The Jedz Constitutes Preliminary Confirmation That The Contractor Is Not Subject To Exclusion And Meets The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings.
