Professional Services For The Gas Industry – Evacuation Work Of Pipelines For Gas Transport, Flaring Of Residual Quantities, Inerting Of Pipelines For Gas Transport: Stegal Loop. The Subject Of The Project Is The Professional Evacuation, The Flaring Of Residual Quantities And The Subsequent Inerting Of The Stegal Loop Line Section Between The Dürrengleina Shut-Off Station And The Wolfsbehringen Shut-Off Station. The Aim Is To Completely Decommission The Line Section By Largely Removing The Existing Natural Gas And Then Filling It With Nitrogen As An Inert Gas. The Measure Affects An Approximately 97 Km Long Pipeline Section With A Nominal Diameter Of Dn 1000 And Is Scheduled To Be Carried Out In September 2027. This Order Is Subject To The Federal Tariff Loyalty Act (Bttg) Of April 30, 2026 (Bgbl. 2026 I No. 119). Bidders Should Note That The Execution Of This Order Is Linked To The Obligation To Grant The Employed Employees At Least The Collectively Agreed Working Conditions That Are Set Out In A Legal Regulation Relevant To The Activities Carried Out In Accordance With Section 5 Bttg. When Submitting An Offer, A Corresponding Declaration (Tariff Loyalty Promise) Must Be Made. This Obligation Becomes A Binding Condition Of Execution Of The Contract.
