Cadastral Surveying Services – Systematic Registration Services Of Buildings In The Integrated Cadastre And Land Registry System Within The Administrative-Territorial Unit Of Suditi, Ialomița County, And The Implementation Of A Gis Information Platform. The Object Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Services For The Systematic Registration Of Real Estate In The Integrated Cadastre And Land Registry System Within The Area Of ​​Uat Suditi, Ialomița County, And The Implementation Of A Gis Computer Platform, Within A Multi-Year Contract For The Provision Of Services, With A Maximum Duration Of 46 Months, Carried Out By Issuing Firm Orders, Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority And The Budget Credits Approved Annually. The Services Concern Buildings Located In Cadastral Sectors 0, 1, 3, 5, 14, 15, 16 And 17 Of Uat Suditi And Include, As A Guideline: The Running Of The Public Information Campaign, Preliminary Activities And Specialized Works (Identification Of The Boundaries Of Buildings And Constructions, Identification Of Owners And Collection Of Documents, Registration Of De Facto Possession), Preparation Of Technical Documents Of Cadastre, Their Publication, Receiving And Resolving Rectification Requests, Updating Technical Documents And Officially Registering Buildings In The Land Register, As Well As Implementing The Gis Information Platform, Setting Up The Street Nomenclature Register, Providing Hardware Infrastructure, Training Users And Ensuring Warranty And Technical Support. The Total Area Related To The Contract Is Divided Into 4 Areas, Each Consisting Of A Minimum Of 500 And A Maximum Of 4000 Buildings. For Each Area, A Firm Order Will Be Issued Specifying The Cadastral Sector(S), The Number Of Related Buildings And The Set Of It Modules. The First Order Will Be Issued Within A Maximum Of 30 Days From The Entry Into Force Of The Contract, And The Other Orders Will Be Staggered Over A Minimum Of 6 Months - A Maximum Of 40 Months, Depending On Budget Availability. Two Deliveries Are Provided For Each Area: Delivery 1 – Technical Documents Of The Cadastre For Publication And Delivery 2 – Technical Documents Of The Final Cadastre. The Nature, Content And Quantities Of The Services Are Detailed In The Specification And Its Annexes, Which Are An Integral Part Of The Award Documentation.
