1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of An Investment Task Titled: Expansion Of The Municipal Cemetery In Mysłakowice Located At Ul. Cmentarna, Plot No. 1357, District 0009 Mysłakowice, Mysłakowice Commune, Karkonosze Poviat, Lower Silesian Voivodeship.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of Pedestrian Routes With The Following Target Parameters: A) Total Length Of Sections: 120.00 M; B) Width Of Routes: From 1.50 M To 3.00 M (Variable, Adapted To Terrain Conditions); C) Total Surface Area: 460.00 M²; D) Longitudinal Slopes: Up To 1%; E) Transverse Slopes: Up To 2% (One-Sided);F) Type Of Surface: Concrete Cubes, 8 Cm Thick.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Demolition And Preparatory Works Should Be Performed By: A) Mechanical Or Manual Troughing And Dismantling Of The Existing Crushed Stone Surface And Concrete Screeds In Front Of The Chapel, Along With Their Removal And Disposal On The Contractors Part; B) Dismantling The Degraded, Existing Concrete Edges Over A Length Of Approx. 186 M; C) Removing Stumps; D) Profiling And Compacting The Subsoil For The Construction Layers.4. Surface Structure Of Pedestrian Paths And Squares. Arrangement Of Construction Layers (From Top): A) Wearing Course: 8 Cm Thick Concrete Cubes (Colors And Shape To Be Agreed With The Investor At The Implementation Stage), Characterized By High Resistance To Abrasion, Frost And De-Icing Salts. B) Cement-Sand Ballast 3-4 Cm Thick After Compaction. C) Substructure Made Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate (Fraction 0/31.5 Mm) With A Thickness Of Min. 15 Cm After Compaction.5. Retaining And Finishing Elementsa) Line Framing: Installation Of New Concrete Edges With Dimensions Of 8X20 Cm On A C12/15 Concrete Bench With Resistance;B) The Installation Height Of The Edges Must Guarantee Proper Drainage Of Rainwater (Edges Embedded Or Protruding In Accordance With The Height Profile);C) Drainage: Drainage Of Rainwater On The Surface, By Giving The Surface One-Sided Transverse Slopes (Up To 2%) And Longitudinal (Up To 1%) Towards The Adjacent Unpaved Area (Greenery).6. Cleaning The Area, Including Possible Removal Of Excess Soil And Waste Disposal, In Accordance With Applicable Law.
