1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of An Entertainment And Sports Hall At The School Complex. Zbigniew Herbert In Trzebiatów, In Accordance With The Attached Technical Documentation. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Determined By The Technical Documentation, Which Includes: • Architectural And Construction Design, Land Development Design, Executive Design (Architectural, Construction, Sanitary, Electrical And Pv Installation Industries (Annex No. 8), • Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 9), • Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (General Construction, Installation, Sanitary And Electrical Industries) (Annex No. 10), • Documentation Of Soil Tests (Appendix No. 11), • Acoustic Recommendations (Appendix No. 12), • Technical Conditions (Connection To The Water And Sewage Network, Construction Of A Medium Pressure Gas Pipeline Section, Connection To The Power Grid) And Others (Appendix No. 13). 3. In The Event Of Discrepancies, Priority Shall Be Given To: Contract, Swz With Explanations, Opz/Stwiorb, Construction And Detailed Design, Offer, And Bill Of Quantities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party All Working Solutions, Workshop Drawings With Appropriate Descriptions, Calculations, And The Necessary Samples Of Materials, Approvals, Etc. 6. The Contractor Will Submit The Execution Documents At Least 21 Days Before The Planned Use/Work.
