The Order Must Be Made In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz And The Design Documentation Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Cinema Building - Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. Design Documentation Includes:2.1. Construction Design2.2. Technical And Executive Design - Thermal Modernization2.3. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works2.4. Bill Of Quantity2.5. Certificate Of November 7, 2024, Ref. No. B.6743.575.2024.Al Of The Staroste Of Lębork On The Acceptance Without Objection Of The Notification Regarding The Performance Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit.3. The Order In Question Includes In Particular:3.1. Dismantling Of Roofing And Flat Roofs, Disposal Of Demolition Materials. 3.2. Insulation Of The Ceiling Of An Unused Attic In The Form Of 2 Layers Of Mineral Wool.3.3. Insulation Of The Flat Roof With Polystyrene Boards Laminated With Underlay Felt.3.4. Vapor-Permeable Insulation.3.5. Replacement Of The Roof Covering - Envelope Roof Made Of Brick-Red Ceramic Tiles, Flat Roofs With A Layer Of Roofing Felt, Sloping Roof Made Of Tiles On The Vestibule Above The Main Entrance.3.6. Dismantling The Roof Truss Structure.3.7. Replacement Of Gutters - Gutters And Downpipes.3.8. Sheet Metal Flashings.3.9. Chimneys For Plastering And Finishing.4. Moreover, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To:4.1. Securing The Construction Site Against Access By Third Parties, Including Ensuring Appropriate Security And Temporary Fencing.4.2. Maintaining Order During The Execution Of Works And Systematically Tidying Up The Construction Site, Including Each Time After The Works Are Completed On A Given Day.4.3. Storing All Waste In A Container Rented By The Contractor, Emptying The Container On An Ongoing Basis And Successively, Preventing Excessive Accumulation Of Garbage.4.4. Use Of Means Of Transport, Machines And Devices That Are Technically Efficient And Do Not Cause Excessive Noise Or Environmental Pollution.4.5. Conducting Works In A Safe Manner, Including Securing The Renovated Part Against Access By Third Parties.4.6. Immediate And Effective Removal Of All Damages And Failures Caused By The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Works.4.7.
