The Subject Of The Investment Covered By This Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula Entitled: Revitalization Of The Area And Creation Of An Eco Park Next To The Building Of The Former Farm Mill And The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In Zagórów2. General Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Development Of Design Documentation (Full Industry Construction Design, Industry Detailed Designs), 2) Preparation Of Maps For Design Purposes If When Such A Need Arises, 3) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, 4) Provision Of Construction Management, 5) Implementation Of The Bioz Plan, 7) Execution Of Plantings And Construction Works. 3. The Above-Mentioned Activities Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Investor (Ordering Party) Presented In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Describes The Requirements And Expectations Of The Ordering Party For The Investment In Question, In Full Compliance With The Regulations Specified In This Study Organization Of The Construction Site And Performance Of Construction Works, The Degree Of Nuisance To Neighboring Areas Should Be Minimized. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Arrangements With The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Design, Execution, And The Schedule Of Execution Of Individual Works. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Interfere With The Adopted Schedule Of The Task At Every Stage Of The Investment: 1) Development Of Construction And Executive Designs To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Task, 2) Obtaining The Required Approvals, Opinions, Deviations And Permits - On Behalf Of The Contractor.
