The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation, Reconstruction And Construction Of A New Internal Underground Water Supply System On The Premises Of The Leśnik Training And Recreation Center In Orzechów. The Order Includes Earthworks, Works Related To The Installation Of Pipes, Water Supply Networks, Hydrants, And All Other Works Related To The Renovation Of The Water Supply Network. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Annex No. 10 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Which Consists Of: (1) Design Documentation; (2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; (3) Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Constitute The Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer, It Is Informative And Auxiliary In Nature. 2. Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: Orzechowo, Plot No. 37/9, 37/8, Wytowno Registration District.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. 4. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Because The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Related To One Water Supply Installation. Dividing The Order Into Parts Creates The Risk Of Non-Performance Of Part Of The Order. The Entire Order Will Be Carried Out In One Area And In Its Immediate Surroundings. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract In The Event Of Dividing The Contract Could Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of The Contract, The Division May Pose The Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties In Terms Of Maintaining Technological And Implementation Activities. It Is Advisable That The Order Be Carried Out By One Contractor Who Will Be Responsible For The Entire Subject Of The Order Under The Guarantee And Warranty, And Not By Several Contractors Responsible For Individual Elements Of The Works That Are Related To Each Other. Additionally, In The Ordering Partys Opinion, The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors - Which Would Be Necessary In The Event Of Division Into Parts - Would Threaten The Correct And Timely Implementation Of The Entire Order. One Contractor Will Ensure: Uninterrupted Continuity Of Construction Works And Consistent Financial Settlement Of The Task. The Order Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of One Design Documentation Constituting A Whole.5. The Implementation Of Construction Works Must Always Comply With The Applicable Technical, Construction And Legal Rules Relating To A Given Facility And The Technology Of Performing The Works. When Executing An Order, Particular Attention Should Be Paid To The Regulations In Force During The Execution Regarding Fire Protection, Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Protection, And Sanitary Protection.6.
