1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of An Internal Municipal Road In The Town Of Guty, Serock Commune, Legionowo District, On The Section From Km 00+454.66 To Km 0+708.75 According To The Scope Presented In The Design Documentation Prepared By Professional Line System Based In Kożanówka 24, Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.2) In Detail, The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Construction Of An Asphalt Concrete Road Surface On The Section 254.09 M Of The Internal Municipal Road - The Beginning Of The Section Is Located On The Edge Of The Hardened Surface Made In The First Stage Of Works, While The End Of The Section Is Planned At The Point Of Connection To The Dirt Road Located On The Plot No. 268/1 Rev. Wola Smolan. The Road With An Asphalt Surface Will Run Partly On The Existing Improved Dirt Road (Which Requires Granulation, Profiling And Compaction) And Partly On A New Track, Which Involves The Need To Make Widenings, A New Road Structure And The Height And Surface Adjustment Of The New Surface To The Existing Surfaces And Terrain; - Relocation Of Two Poles Of The Overhead Street Lighting Network Colliding With The Road System Being Implemented, - Cutting And Grubbing Trees And Bushes Colliding With The Road System Being Implemented, - Construction Of Both Sides Of Roadsides Made Of Crushed Aggregate; - Construction Of Exits To Adjacent Plots, With A Surface Made Of Crushed Aggregate; - Construction Of Road Markings (Vertical And Horizontal Signs), - The Remaining Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation (Road Industry, Sor).3) The Number Of Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Task Should Be Determined On The Basis Of The Design Documentation And A Possible Site Visit.
