Part No. 1 - Renovation Of Forest Roads No.: 11-14-0019 In The Przechlewko Forest District, 11-14-0004 In The Kamionka Forest District, 11-14-0006 In The Żołna Forest District. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Renovation Of Forest Roads Located In The Niedźwiady Forest District In Przechlewo. As Part Of The Renovation Of Forest Roads, The Following Will Be Performed In Particular: 1. Preparatory Works - Correct Designation Of Designated Areas, In Accordance With The Employers Recommendations;2. Repositioning Of Displaced Multi-Hole Reinforced Concrete Slabs With Dimensions 100X75x12.5 Cm On Paved Roads. Removal Of Roots Under The Slabs;3. Replacement Of Damaged Multi-Hole Reinforced Concrete Slabs With Dimensions 100X75x12.5 Cm On Paved Roads. Loading And Removal Of Damaged Multi-Hole Reinforced Concrete Slabs. Removal Of Roots Under The Slabs;4. Dismantling Damaged Layers Of The Roadside And Median Strip. Laying A Layer Of Crushed Aggregate, Profiling And Compacting It On The Roadsides To A Width Of 1.0 M And In The Strip Between The Slabs;5. Dismantling Damaged Foundation Layers. Laying A Layer Of Crushed Aggregate, Profiling And Compaction As A Base Layer. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Which Consists Of: (1) Design Documentation: (A) Technical Description; (B) Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Constitute The Sole Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Price Of The Tender All Costs For Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Work Technology Specified In The Swz And The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. (2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Requirements For The Contractor Regarding The Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Also Specified In The Template Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. With The Performance Of Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order: - Works Related To The Renovation Of The Surface And Subgrade Layer, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). Obligations And Rights Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Related To The Above. Requirements Are Specified In The Template Agreement, Which Constitutes Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
