The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Revitalization Of The Green Space In The Historic Spa Park In Jaworze, Including Comprehensive Development Of The Square At The Intersection Of Zdrojowa And Pałacowa Streets In Jaworze, On Plot No. 1174/2, District 0001 Jaworze, Constituting Part Of The Park And Palace Complex. The Scope Of The Task Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation And Security Of The Construction Site, Organization Of Works And Protection Of Pedestrian And Vehicular Traffic Within The Area Of The Works Being Carried Out; 2) Execution Demolition, Preparatory And Earthworks, Together With The Removal And Management Of Waste And Excess Soil In Accordance With The Regulations;3) Construction Of A Free-Standing Gazebo/Park Shelter Together With Foundations, Wooden Structure, Roofing, Workings And Surface Under The Facility;4) Construction Of New Park Surfaces, Including Water-Permeable Mineral Surfaces And Stone Grit Surfaces, Together With Substructures, Geotextiles And Edges;5) Securing Existing Trees And Their Root Zones During The Works, Including The Construction Of Temporary Roads And Technological Yards And Carrying Out Works In The Vicinity Of Trees In Accordance With The Documentation And Stwior;6) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, In Particular Park Benches, A Chess Table, Outdoor Gym Equipment - Exercise Bikes With A Phone Charging Function, Waste Bins, A Dog Excrement Bin, A Set Of Dog Waterers, Insect Hotels And Nesting Boxes;7) Transporting And Placing The Existing Stone Obelisk In A New Place;8) Constructing New Elements Of Park Greenery, Including Planting Trees, Shrubs, Roses, Perennials And Ornamental Grasses, Laying Lawns, Mulching, Making Edges Of Flower Beds And Maintaining Greenery;9) Carrying Out All Accompanying And Temporary Works, Measurements, Tests And Tests, Tidying Up The Area, Restoring Elements Disturbed In Connection With The Implementation Of The Works, And Preparing And Handing Over Complete Acceptance And As-Built Documentation.2.2. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature When Calculating The Price. Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Is Obliged To Calculate And Perform All Works Resulting From The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order And Necessary To Achieve The Expected Result, Regardless Of Any Quantitative Differences In The Bill Of Quantities.
