Carrying Out An Assessment And Preparing A Report On The Environmental Impact Of The Project In Order To Obtain An Environmental Decision; For This Task, The Ordering Party Prepared And Submitted To The Mayor Of Mielno An Application For A Decision On Environmental Conditions. After Considering The Application, The Mayor Of Mielno Issued A Decision No. Ośgk.6220.18.2025.Mg Of December 11, 2025 On The Obligation To Conduct An Environmental Impact Assessment Of The Project And Suspended The Proceedings Until The Environmental Impact Report Is Submitted. The Decision Specifies The Scope Of Elements That Should Be Subject To Detailed Analysis As Part Of The Preparation Of The Environmental Impact Report.
