The Scope Includes In Particular: Demolition And Dismantling Works; Masonry, Plastering And Cladding Works; Construction Of New Floor Layers And Floor Coverings; Carpentry And Locksmith Works, Including Wooden Cladding, Doors, Stairs With Balustrades And Glass Walls; Painting Works; Construction And Reconstruction Of Sanitary, Water Supply, Sewage, Central Heating And Mechanical Ventilation/Recuperation Installations; Execution Of Electrical Installations; Installation Of Fittings And Sanitary Equipment; Delivery And Assembly Of A Kitchenette, Custom-Made Furniture And Other Equipment; Securing The Elements Remaining In The Facility, Tidying Up The Work Area And Removing And Managing Waste In Accordance With The Law.
