1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Water Supply Network In The Town Of Sporniak With A Total Length Of L = 1,340.0 Mb.2. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Excavation And Bottom Profiling, 2) Construction Of Starting And Ending Chambers, 3) Laying Water Pipes, 4) Performing Directional Drilling And Pulling In Casing And Service Pipes, 5) Installing Fire Hydrants. And Gate Valves 6) Installation Of Pipes And Sealing Of Joints, 7) Connection Of The Water Supply Network, Flushing And Performing Tightness And Pressure Tests, 8) Reconstruction Of Working Places, 9) Backfilling Of Excavations, 10) Restoring The Construction Site To Its Original Condition3. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail By: Design Documentation, Technical Specification And Bills Of Quantities, Which Constitute Annexes To This Specification. Cpv Code 45231300-8 Construction Works Related To The Construction Of Waterworks And Sewage Disposal Pipelines4. The Bill Of Quantities Included In The Swz Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Number Of Works Against The Design Documentation. Due To The Fact That The Works Contract Will Be A Lump Sum Contract, In The Event Of A Larger Number Of Works In Any Item During The Works, It Cannot Be Considered Additional Works With A Demand For Additional Remuneration. The Possible Absence Of Certain Works Necessary To Be Performed On The Basis Of The Design Documentation (Including The Detailed Design) In The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of The Design At The Contract Price.
