The Subject Of The Order Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Land Development Design, Technical Design For Stage I, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills And The Contract.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Site Preparation And Earthworks; 2) Construction Of A Safe Sand Surface; 3) Construction Of A Safe Gravel Surface; 4) Construction Of A Pavement Border With Concrete Edges; 5) Construction Of A Sidewalk Made Of Concrete Cubes (The Investors Material); 6) Delivery And Installation Of Gym Equipment (Twister + Runner + Pendulum); 7) Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment (Play Set, Swing) Double Storks Nest);8) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture (Bench, Waste Bin, Bicycle Rack, Information Board),9) Reconstruction Of The Grass Surface,10) Surveying Services For The Investment.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) The Contract, The Design Of Which Constitutes Appendix No. 8 To The Swz, B) Land Development Design - Which Constitutes Appendix No. 9 To The Swz, C) Technical Design - Which Constitutes Appendix No. Technical Specification For The Acceptance And Execution Of Works - Constituting Appendix No. 11 To Swz.5. Bill Of Quantities Constituting Additions No. 12 To The Swz - Due To The Nature Of The Remuneration (Lump Sum), They Are Attached For Information Purposes Only - When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account Any Differences In Quantities Or Missing Items, If The Need To Perform The Work Results From The Land Development Design, Technical Design For Stage I, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Legal Provisions, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Obligations Indicated In The Template/Draft Contract, Including Warranty For Defects, Warranty.6. The Quality Requirements In Connection With The Use Of The Price Criterion With A Weight Exceeding 60%, Relating To The Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order, Are Specified In The Template/Draft Contract And In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.7. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act In A Situation Where The Design Documentation Or Technical Specification, I.E. The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Includes A Reference To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System.
