The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Renovation And Modernization Of Basement Rooms In The Building Of Kindergarten No. 7 Pod Grzybkiem, In The Building Of Kindergarten No. 7 Pod Grzybkiem At Ul. Libelta 12A In Wągrowiec, On Plot No. 1388, Wągrowiec District. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled Development Of Comprehensive Technical Documentation For The Execution Of Construction Works And Renovation And Modernization Of The Basement Rooms In The Building Of Kindergarten No. 7 Pod Grzybkiem. The Order Covers The Performance Of Complete Construction, Installation, Reconstruction And Finishing Works Necessary To Renovate And Modernize The Basement Rooms Of The Kindergarten And Adapt Them To Serve As Emergency Shelter Places (Mds). The Mds Is Designed For 225 People. The Area Of The Basements Covered By The Renovation Is Approximately 354.38 M2. The Project Assumes The Preservation Of The Existing Function Of The Building And Construction In The Existing Basement Part, Without Changing The Basic Function Of The Facility. 2. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition Works, 2) Removal Of Any Conflicts Encountered During The Works That Could Be Determined On The Basis Of The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. Collision At The Contractors Expense)3) Removal And Disposal Of Rubble, 4) Performance Of Construction Works Resulting From The Documentation,5) Dismantling/Renovation/Construction Works Related To Water And Sewage, Central Heating And Electrical Installations6) Delivery And Installation Of Sanitary And Electrical Equipment7) Construction Of An External Manhole,8) Execution Of Finishing Works,9) Delivery And Installation Of New Door Frames And Fittings, Including Construction Of Fire-Resistant Doors,10) Protection Of Window Openings In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Mds Requirements, 11) Delivery And Installation Of A Stair Lift. 12) Delivery Of Polypropylene Bags With Sand (70-80% Filling) In Accordance With The Cost Estimate And Technical Conditions Of The Mds Regulation, Dimensions Approx. 30X50x10.13) Marking Of Places Of Emergency Shelter (Boards, International Civil Defense Sign), 14) Cleaning Up The Area Works.3.
