The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of An Investment Task Called Construction Of A Kindergarten In Stare Babice, Including The Construction Of A Two-Story Building Without A Basement With A Total Area Of Approximately 1,792.24 M² (Building Area Approximately 1,062.23 M²) Along With Land Development, Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Including A Retention Tank For Rainwater, On Plots No. 1132, 625/1 And 625/3 Within 0001 Stare Babice, Unit 143207_2 Stare Babice.2. The Building Will Be Constructed Using The Technology Of 3D Spatial Modules With A Steel Structure, Manufactured In The Production Plant As Complete Building Modules With A High Degree Of Prefabrication. Before Being Delivered To The Construction Site, The Modules Should Be Made And Equipped With At Least All Structural Elements, Partitions, Joinery, Installations Inside The Modules, Insulation, Cladding, Finishing Elements And Permanent Equipment Elements Intended For Factory Assembly. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Construction Of The Facility Using Panel Technology, Flat Prefabricated Technology Or Other Technologies Involving The Performance Of Basic Construction, Installation Or Finishing Works On The Construction Site From Prefabricated Elements Other Than 3D Spatial Modules.4. The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Described In Detail In This Contract And In The Documents Constituting The Basis For The Execution Of The Order, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Contract, In Particular The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), The Decision On The Building Permit With Annexes, The Specification Of Terms Of The Contract (Swz), Explanations And Changes To The Content Of The Swz Made In The Course Of The Public Procurement Procedure And The Contractors Offer. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Performance Of The Following Activities And Works: 1) Reporting The Commencement Of Works To The Competent Construction Supervision Authority; 2) Developing Complete Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Gas Installation, Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions, And Obtaining A Final Decision On The Permit For The Construction Of A Gas Installation, If Required By Law; 3) Securing The Construction Site And Arranging Construction Facilities; 4) Complete Geodetic Services, Including Staking Out And Carrying Out A Geodetic Inventory As-Built; 5) Construction Of A Complete Kindergarten Building With All Structural, Architectural, Installation And Finishing Elements As Well As A Functional Layout Including, In Particular, Teaching Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, Kitchen With Facilities, Administrative, Technical And Utility Rooms And All Other Rooms Provided For In The Design Documentation; 6) Construction Of The Building Using The Technology Of 3D Spatial Modules With A Steel Structure, Together With The Construction Of Building Partitions, Roofs, Window And
