A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Contract, The Draft Of Which Constitutes Appendix No. 9 To The Swz, B) Construction Design, Including The Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Geotechnical Opinion Along With Permits And Decisions - Constituting Appendix No. 10 To The Swz, C) Construction Design - Technical Design - Constituting Appendix No. 11 To The Swz, D) Executive Design - Constituting Appendix No. 12 To The Swz, D) Technical Specification For Acceptance And Execution Works - Constituting Appendix No. 13 To Swz.4. The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Appendix No. 14 To The Swz - Due To The Nature Of The Remuneration (Lump Sum) Is Attached For Information Purposes Only - When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account Any Differences In Quantities Or Missing Items, If The Need To Perform The Work Results From The Construction Design, Including The Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Geotechnical Opinion, Technical Design, Permits And Decisions, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Executive Design, Legal Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Obligations Indicated In The Template/Draft Contract, Including Warranty And Guarantee.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The Subject Of The Contract With Particular Regard To The Provisions Contained In Art. 6 Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs.6.
