1) The Subject Of The Order Is Modernization Of Rooms Intended For Artistic Activities And The Hall In The Center For Culture And Art In Kalisz, The Detailed Description Of Which, Individual Elements And Comments Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Contract Template. 2) The Task Will Include, Among Others: Modernization Of Rooms Intended For Artistic Activities And The Hall, I.E. Replacing Doors, Floors, Radiators, Lighting, Decorative Plastering, Painting, Wallpapering And Manufacturing Office Furniture And Furniture Structures.3) The Entire Task Was Described Using Technical Documentation, Specification Of Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. Bills Of Quantities And Outlay Cost Estimates Are Included As A Guide (They Do Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order).4) The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In An Existing Building - In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In § 5 Section 2 Of The Agreement.5) The Ordering Party Requires At Least A 3-Year Warranty Period And An Extended Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 11 Of The Agreement.
