The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Container Hydrophore Station (Water Pressure Increasing Station) On The Existing Water Supply Network In Luszowice, Radgoszcz Commune.2. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Ensure The Required Water Pressure For Customers Located In Luszowice, Improve The Reliability Of Water Supplies And Optimize The Operating Conditions Of The Existing Water Supply Network.3. The Task Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula And Will Include: • Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation, • Obtaining The Legally Required Arrangements, Consents And Administrative Decisions, And Then Carrying Out Construction, Installation And Assembly Works And Commissioning The Facility. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Obtaining A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment For The Task In Question. The Radgoszcz Commune Has A Valid Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment For The Task In Question (Date Of Decision Issuance: June 24, 2026, The Decision Became Final On: July 9, 2026). 4. Basic Parameters Of The Investment: • Container Technological Building With Approximate External Dimensions Of 2.50 × 3.00 M. • Complete Hydrophore Set Consisting Of At Least Three Vertical Multistage Pumps. • Required Capacity Of The Pump Set: Q = Approximately 45 M³/H. • Required Pressure At The Station Outlet: Minimum 65 M Of Water Column. • The Existing Pressure At The Inlet To The Set Is Approximately: 25 M Of Water Column.5. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards, Arrangements, Building Practice And On The Terms And Conditions Set Out In This Agreement. 6.
