The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory And Earthworks, 2) Construction Of Foundations, 3) Assembly Of The Steel Structure Of The Building And Construction Of A Casing Made Of Pir Sandwich Panels For Walls And Roof, 4) Construction Of The Floor, 5) Installation Of Garage Gates And Double-Leaf Doors, 6) Construction Of Internal And External Rainwater Drainage Systems, 7) Construction Of Internal Electrical Installations, 8) Execution Of External Power Installations, 9) Execution Of Lightning Protection Installations, 10) Execution Of Telecommunications Installations (Monitoring),11) Dismantling And Reassembly Of The Asphalt Emulsion Tank,12) Carrying Out Demolition Works, Including The Demolition Of The Existing Warehouse Building And The Fence With A Concrete Foundation,13) Installation Of The Entrance Gate,14) Cleaning Works.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 6.1 To The Swz, As Well As In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.5. The Contractor, Without Additional Remuneration, Undertakes To: 1) All Preparatory Works, Including Cleaning Works, Organization And Maintenance Of The Construction Site, Taking Into Account The Area Intended As Construction Facilities, 2) Securing And Proper Marking Of The Works And Ensuring The Technical Condition And Correct Marking Of The Construction Site For The Duration Of The Task, With Particular Emphasis On The Protection Of Human Health And Life, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 3) Securing The Place Where The Equipment Will Be Located Against Access By Third Parties, With The Exception Of Other Persons Performing Commissioned Works At This Location, In A Way That Ensures Safe Conduct Of Construction Works, 4) Incurring All Costs Of Research, Expert Opinions And Opinions Necessary To Assess The Quality Of The Works And Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, 5) Incurring Costs Related To The Acceptance Of The Completed Works, 6) In The Event Of Damage To Equipment Or Parts Thereof (Including Gas Networks, Water And Sewage Networks,
