The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Skate Park And Small Architecture And Stormwater Drainage Installation Based On Opz And Design Documentation Under The Name Construction Of Small Architecture In A Public Place (Skatepark, Benches, Waste Bins, Notices With Regulations), Hardening Of The Ground Surface, Construction Of Stormwater Drainage - As Part Of The Task Skatepark And Pumptrack Pod Kopą Cwila - Stage A. By The Marlena Pilch Pro Architektura Design Office. As Part Of The Investment, The Following Works Were Carried Out, Covered By The Design Documentation:1. About 90% Of The Asphalt Concrete Surface And 80% Of The Concrete Surface In The Area For The Planned Greenery Were Demolished And The Area Was Leveled.2. A Trough Was Made For The Access To The Skate Park.3. Topsoil Intended For Landscaping Was Piled Up.4. The Cores And Reinforcement Of The Skate Park Obstacles Numbered 2, 8, 10, 11, 12, 17.5 Have Been Prepared. Four Skate Park Obstacles Have Been Completed And Require Demolition (No. 1, 4, 5, 18).6. The Wd1 Drainage Inlet Was Constructed And The Sewer Was Connected To The Existing Well.7. One Inlet In The South-Eastern Part Of The Planned Skate Park Was Dismantled And Filled In.8. The Existing Fence Was Dismantled. The Area Has Existing Pedestrian And Road Access In Accordance With The Scheme Presented In The Opz. The Ordering Party Prohibits The Use Of Vehicles On Paths Made Of Mineral-Epoxy Surfaces. The Offer Should Include Possible Costs Related To The Repair Of Elements Of Access Infrastructure Damaged During Transport Of Materials. Due To Minor Interference With The Existing Earth Masses, After Completing The Field Works, The Soil Should Be Spread On The Spot On The Disturbed Surfaces. Green Areas. In Places Damaged After Construction, The Lawn Should Be Recultivated Using Earth Material Located On The Investment Site And By Transporting A Fresh Layer, At Least 15 Cm, Under The Lawn Plantings. Suggested Access To The Construction Site From Al. Commission Of National Education: Internal Road Between The Buildings Of Ul. Końskijar 6 And 8, Internal Road On The Western Side Of The Building, Ul. Koński Jar 7, Along A Pedestrian Route (Width Approx. 2.5 M) In The North-West Direction (On This Section, Approx. 100 M Long, In Accordance With The Graphic Attachment (Appendix No. 3) To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Should Assume The Possible Dismantling Of 3 Benches On One Side Of The Sidewalk), Pedestrian And Driveway Route To The Place Of Works. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: 1) Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz;2) Technical Documentation, I.E. Opz Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Which Is Also Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Consists Of: • Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With An Attachment (Replacement Drawing Of The Access To The Skate Park, Diagram Of The Suggested Access To
