The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Selection Of The Most Advantageous Offer With The Possibility Of Negotiations.3. The Estimated Value Of The Contract In Question Does Not Exceed The Eu Thresholds Referred To In Art. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law §5. Description Of The Subject Of The Order1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A New Roof On A Municipal Building Located At Ul. Boh. Westerplatte 9, In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The 5-Year Report On The Technical Condition Of The Building. The Subject Of The Order Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order..2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition Of The Existing Roof Covering; 2) Replacement Of The Roof Covering, I.E. Ceramic Roof Tiles, Laths And Rotten Formwork; 3) Replacement Of Parts Of The Rainwater Drainage System, I.E. Roof Gutters, And All Sheet Metal Work; 4) Re-Building Of Chimneys Above The Roof Slope With Solid Ceramic Bricks, Covered With Cement-Lime Plaster, The Same Dimensions As The Existing Ones; 5) Insulating The Roof Slope With Mineral Wool With A Thickness Of 15 Cm From The Inside, From The Side Of The Unused Attic; 6) Insulating The Attic Floor From The Side Of The Unused Attic With Mineral Wool With A Thickness Of 10 Cm;7) Necessary Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Roof Covering,3. Other Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Auxiliary And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: A) Securing The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out (Construction Site); B) Tidying Up And Tidying Up After The Completion Of The Works The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out And The Adjacent Rooms And Communication Routes Polluted As A Result Of The Works, C) Disposal Of Demolition Materials, As Well As Preparatory Works, Including Setting Up And Dismantling Scaffolding;2) The Execution Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law;3) The Ordering Party Requests The Contractors Indication Of The Parts Of The Order The Execution Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And The Contractors Indication Of The Subcontractors Companies; 4) During The Execution Of The Order, The Facility Where Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed Will Be In Constant Use.
