1. The Subject Of The Order Is Modernization Of The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department Fire Station In Dylągówka. The Planned Project Includes Construction Works Consisting Of A Comprehensive Replacement Of The Roof Covering With A Total Area Of Approximately 350 M² And Renovation Of The Balcony Railing In The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department Station In Dylągówka. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Law, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Polish Standards And Manufacturers Recommendations. Materials Used. The Following Construction Works Are Planned As Part Of The Subject Of The Order: A) Replacement Of The Roof Covering: • Dismantling The Existing Roof Covering Together With The Elements To Be Replaced; • Removal And Management Of Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; • Laying A Highly Vapor-Permeable Roof Membrane; • Making A Grid Of Battens And Counter-Battens Made Of Antifungal And Insect-Proof Wood; • Making A New Roof Covering From Trapezoidal Sheet T18, Together With A Set Of Assembly Elements; • Execution Of Complete Sheet Metal Flashings, Such As: Above- And Under-Gutter Strips, Eaves Flashings, Gable Flashings, Ridge Flashings, Wall Flashings, Chimney Fittings And Other Necessary Elements Ensuring The Tightness Of The Roof Covering And Sealing; Delivery And Installation Of A New Roof Drainage System, Including: Gutters Approx. 52 M, Downpipes Approx. M, Hooks, Drain Funnels And Other Elements Of The Drainage System;• Installation Of A Roof Hatch;• Installation Of Snow Guards With A Total Length Of 30 M;B) Painting The Balcony Railing:• Replacing Missing Fasteners (Bolts, Screws),• Removing Rust And Flaking Fragments Of Old Paint,• Cleaning, Degreasing And Washing The Surface;• Painting The Balustrade Twice: With One Layer Of Paint Anti-Corrosion Primer And One Layer Of Topcoat (Color To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party). 2. Material Requirements: A) T18 Trapezoidal Sheet: • Galvanized Coated Steel, • Sheet Thickness At Least 0.5 Mm, • Color To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party, • Corrosion Resistance In Accordance With Applicable Standards. B) All Elements Of The Drainage System And Sheet Metal Flashings Should Be Made Of Materials Compatible With Roof Covering And In A Color Agreed With The Ordering Party. C) Paint For Metal Balustrades: • Painting System Intended For Protecting Steel Elements Used Outdoors, Anti-Corrosion Primer And Topcoat, • Resistance To Weather Conditions And Uv Radiation, • Color To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party Before Starting The Works. D) All Materials Used Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Have The Required Declarations Of Performance And Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Laws And Standards Regarding Construction Products.2.
