Scope Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works, Including: 1) Construction Of A 2.0 M Wide Sidewalk With A Surface Made Of Gray Behaton Concrete Cubes Along The District Road No. 1392K; 2) Construction Of Exits With A Variable Width Of 3.0-5.0 M And A Graphite Behaton Type Concrete Cube Surface For Plots 317/2 On The District Road No. 1392K; 3) Construction Storm Sewage System;4) Construction Of A Technological Canal;5) Reconstruction Of The Existing Drainage Ditch R2_1 In Terms Of Construction And Reconstruction Of Outlets To The W02, W03 Ditch;6) Construction Of New Culverts U02, U03 Under The District Road No. 1392K;7) Reconstruction Of Mesh And Stone Baskets Protecting The Bank Of The Bruśnianka Stream And Outlets W02 And W03.8) Marking Based On The Design Permanent Traffic Organization After The Execution Of The Works In The Scope Specified In The Drawing Documentation Located In The Catalog Entitled The Scope Of The Proceedings Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Construction Design. Note: Before Commencing The Works, The Contractor Should Prepare, At His Own Expense, A Temporary Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Works And Obtain Approval From The District Road Administration In Tarnów.3. As Part Of The Order, Construction Works And Activities Specified In The Design Documentation, Decisions And Conditions Must Be Performed, As Well As Auxiliary And Preparatory Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Conducting Surveying Services, Performing The Required Tests And Checks, Creating And Maintaining Construction Facilities, Making Connections To The Utilities For The Purposes Of Construction And Incurring The Costs Of Their Consumption, Preparing The Necessary Documentation Regarding The Works Being Carried Out, Etc., As Well As Cleaning Works In The Area In The Area Where The Works Are Being Carried Out. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Work In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Including All Decisions, Provisions, Arrangements And Conditions.
