1. The Subject Of The Order Is Renovation Of Wiejska Street In Kochanowice. The Order Includes In Particular: • Necessary Preparatory Works, • Demolition Works, • Earthworks, • Construction Of A Drainage System, • Construction Of A Technological Channel, • Construction Of A River Bed With Soil Profiling, • Construction Of Construction Layers For Entrances To The Property, Sidewalk (Entrances To The Property) And Road, • Protection Of The Power Grid - Cable, • Security Telecommunications Network, • Topsoiling Of Slopes And Sowing, • Execution Of Markings, • Preparation And Implementation Of Temporary Traffic Organization, • Preparation And Implementation Of Target Traffic Organization In Accordance With The Approved Design.2. Stage I - The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Works With A Value Constituting At Least 50% Of The Gross Contractual Remuneration Specified In § 6 Section 1 Of The Contract, By December 15, 2026. Stage Ii - The Remaining Part Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Completed By The Date Of Completion Of The Investment, Specified In § 6 Section 1 Of The Contract And In Chapter Xi Of The Swz.
