The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery Within The Meaning Of Art. 7 Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Consisting In The Comprehensive Delivery Of Reliable Hardware Infrastructure (Computer Hardware, Network And Firewall Devices, Cybersecurity Licenses, Quality Certificates And Approvals In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Law In This Regard), Implementation Of Systems For Detecting And Responding To Incidents In It And Ot Networks, As Well As The Delivery Of Services Consisting In The Formal Implementation Of The Information Security Management System (Isms) And Conducting Training (Delivery Of Services Training, Consulting And Technical Support) Regarding The Use/Use Of This Infrastructure And Systems By The Ordering Party. The Delivered Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Made Using Safe Technologies. They Must Meet The Requirements Of Eu Standards, And The Products That Require It Must Have Valid Safety Certificates, Approvals, Quality Certificates And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Specified In Applicable Law. On The Day Of Delivery At The Latest, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Catalog And Warranty Cards In Paper Form In Polish.
