The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New 9-Seater Car Adapted For People With Disabilities, Including At Least One Person In A Wheelchair, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2026 For The Mental Health Center In Międzyrzecz, Ul. Poznańska 109.The Offered Vehicle Must Be Equipped With A Factory Hybrid Drive, Consisting Of An Internal Combustion Engine And An Electric Motor Cooperating To Drive The Vehicle. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Vehicles Equipped Only With An Internal Combustion Engine. The Contractor Is Obliged To Confirm The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Regarding Both The Vehicle And Its Construction/Adaptation For The Transport Of People With Disabilities, Including A Person Using A Wheelchair, With The Means Of Evidence Submitted With The Offer, In Accordance With Chapter Viii Of The Swz.
