The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Food Products For The Municipal Information, Culture, Sports And Recreation Center Based In Długosiodło. Deliveries Will Be Carried Out Periodically By The Contractors Transport And At His Expense To The Kitchens Run By The Ordering Party Located In: A) Public Primary School. Tadeusza Kościuszki, Ul. T. Kościuszki 5, 07-210Długosiodło,B) School Complex In Stary Bosewo, Ul. Rozwojowa 19, Stare Bosewo, 07-210 Długosiodło. Each Product Should Be Delivered In The Required Packaging. Cyclical Deliveries Will Be Made As Follows:1. Part I Fresh Pork And Poultry – 5 Times A Week (Monday To Friday) From 6.00 A.M. To 7.00 A.M., In Justified Cases, The Ordering Party Anticipates Deliveries On The Day Of Placing The Order - Orders May Be Placed Until 7.00 A.M., And Delivery Must Take Place By 12.00 P.M. Delivery Of Food Products Will Take Place Each Time On The Basis Of An Order By Telephone Or Via E-Mail Placed By The Ordering Party, In Which He Will Indicate The Ordered Products With The Quantity, No Later Than By 12.00 Before The Delivery Date (In The Case Of Part I, The Ordering Party Also Provides For Deliveries On The Day Of Placing The Order). Products Must Meet Quality Standards And Must Be Delivered Within Their Initial Shelf Life. The Ordering Party Specifies The Following Requirements For Meat: - Ban On The Use Of Fillers: Ban On Delivering Meat Injected With Brine, Containing Phosphates, Monosodium Glutamate, Dyes And Preservatives, - Complete Exclusion Of Mechanically Separated Meat (Msm), - Only Fresh Meat, Not Frozen And Not Previously Hermetically Packed, With A Natural Smell And Color. (Applies To Part I Of The Order). In Cases Where The Ordering Party Used Its Own Names To Describe The Taste Of The Products, The Ordering Party Allows Products With The Same Or Higher Taste. The Contractor Should Maintain Appropriate Conditions For Transport And Storage Of The Delivered Goods. Each Delivery Of Goods Requiring A Commercial Identification Document Must Be Accompanied By Such A Document. The Contractor Will Provide Any Necessary Containers Free Of Charge With Each Delivery Of Goods To The Ordering Partys Premises For The Period Until The Next Delivery. Not All Product Types Need To Be Purchased Or Purchased In Full Quantity. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order A Smaller Quantity Of Goods Than Specified In The Offer. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Compensation Against The Ordering Party Due To The Reduction Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Acknowledge Complaints About The Quality And Quantity Of The Delivered Goods And Deliver A New Batch To The Ordering Partys Office On The Day The Complaint Is Submitted. The Ordering Party Will Authorize Selected Employees To Place Orders. The Type And Quantity Of Food Products Are Included In The Price Forms (Appendix No. 5.1 To The Swz).
