The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Delivery Of One Piece Of A Brand New Tractor. The Year Of Production Of The Tractor Is 2026. The Vehicle Must Be New, Never Used, Free From Manufacturing Defects, And Meet The Current Exhaust Emission Standards. The Tractor Must Be Fully Operational And Ready For Immediate Use. The Contractor Is Obliged To Train The Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Vehicle. The Tractor Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party From The Official Authorized Distributor Of Agricultural Machinery Of A Given Brand In Poland, Brand New, From Mass Production (Not A Prototype), Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty. The Delivered Tractor And Accessories Must Be Complete And Compatible With Each Other. The Tractor Must Fulfill The Function For Which It Is Intended And Must Be Built In Accordance With Applicable Law And Ce Standards. The Tractor Must Be Adapted To: 1) Operation In All Seasons Of The Year And Day In The Weather Conditions Found In The Polish Climatic Zone, 2) Driving On Hard And Dirt Roads, 3) Outdoor Storage. The Tractor Must Be Ready For Work On The Day Of Delivery And Adapted To Travel On Public Roads. The Contractor Will Provide The Following Documents With The Machine: 1) Certificate Ce Compliance, 2) Manual For The Machine And Accessories In Paper And Electronic Versions, 3) Spare Parts Catalog, 4) Warranty Cards, 5) All Necessary Documents Needed To Register The Vehicle In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.
