As Part Of The Task, It Is Necessary To Prepare Water-Legal Reports For Storm Sewage Outlets And Submit Applications For The Issuance Of Water-Legal Permits For The Legalization Of Water Facilities And Water Services - Discharging Rainwater Or Meltwater Into Water Or Water Facilities, Included In Open Or Closed Storm Sewage Systems For Discharging Atmospheric Precipitation. 5 Water-Legal Reports Are To Be Developed For 7 Existing Storm Sewerage Outlets, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 409 Of The Water Law Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 960, As Amended) (Hereinafter Referred To As Water Law), Along With Submitting, On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, 4 Applications For The Issuance Of Water Law Permits For Water Services And Legalization Of Water Facilities, And 1 Application For A Water Service - Discharge Of Rainwater Or Meltwater Into Water, As Well As A Comprehensive Analysis Of The Stormwater Drainage System In Catchments For Outlets To Surface Waters: Kłodnica And Kozłówka And Ditches: Wójtowianka (Doa), Cienka, Rv And Rv2, Indicated In Annex No. 2 (Schedule). The Catchment Areas Of Individual Outlets Will Be Made Available By The Ordering Party To The Contractor. A. The Contractor Should Analyze The Catchment Area To Determine The Amount Of Rainwater And Meltwater Flowing To Individual Outlets. B. Elevation Measurements Should Be Made In The Field For The Outlet And The Receiver To The Extent Necessary To Perform A Water Law Report, C. Calculations Necessary To Obtain Reliable Results Regarding The Amount Of Rainwater Should Be Made. The Ordering Party Recommends Using The Rain Intensity From The Polish Rain Intensity Atlas To Determine The Flow Rate Or Determining It Based On The Bogdanowicz-Stacha Formula, D. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For: Obtaining All Data Necessary To Obtain A Water Permit (In The Case Of Legalization Of A Water Device, The Legalization Fee After Obtaining A Water Permit Will Be Borne By The Ordering Party), E. In The Absence Of Analyzes Provided By The Ordering Party - Performing Qualitative Tests Of The Discharged Rainwater And Correcting The Mileage Of Outlets, F. The Need To Install Devices Pretreating Rainwater Or Snowmelt Water From The Catchment Area Should Be Verified, Taking Into Account, Among Others: Take Into Account The Provisions Of The Local Spatial Development Plan. If It Is Necessary To Install Pre-Treatment Devices, Their Parameters Should Be Determined And The Approximate Location Should Be Indicated - First Of All, On Plots Owned By The Gliwice Commune, And In The Absence Of Alternative Or Technically Unjustified Solutions And The Need To Locate Them On Private Land - The Contractor Should Present A List Of These Plots For Further Proceedings. Water Law Reports Should Be Prepared In Descriptive And Graphic Form.
