Transport Of Students To Educational Units In The Przelewice Commune And Students With Disabilities From The Przelewice Commune To The Revalidation And Educational Center In Barlinek In The School Year 2026/2027, Along With Transport And Provision Of Care. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Of Transport And Return Of Students From The Przelewice Commune To Schools And Educational Institutions, Including Students With Disabilities To Revalidation And Education Center In Barlinek, Along With Providing Care During Transport In The 2026/2027 School Year. The Service Will Be Provided From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027, On Days When Teaching, Educational Or Care Activities Take Place In The Units Covered By Transport, Taking Into Account The Organization Of The School Year And The Special Needs Of Students Transported To The Center Revalidation And Education In Barlinek. Students Transport Will Be Performed As Part Of Publicly Available Regular Passenger Transport, On Existing Lines Or Lines Created By The Contractor, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And On The Basis Of Documents Required By Law. The Contractor Organizes Transport, Prepares Timetables And Obtains The Necessary Authorizations, Permits And Documents On Its Own Behalf, At Its Own Expense And Economic Risk, Taking Into Account The Transport Needs Specified By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Does Not Entrust The Contractor With The Function Of An Operator Of Public Collective Transport, Does Not Grant Exclusive Rights And Does Not Pay Compensation For The Launch, Maintenance Or Unprofitability Of Communication Lines. The Contractor Will Develop And Present To The Ordering Party For Approval A Detailed Timetable And Route Organization, Ensuring That Students Arrive On Time At The Appropriate Educational Units And Pick Them Up After The End Of Classes. Each Student And Guardian Must Be Provided With A Seat. The Contractor Will Issue And Issue To Each Student Indicated By The Ordering Party An Appropriate Personal Monthly Ticket. The Ticket Is A Document Confirming The Students Entitlement To Use The Transport, But It Is Not The Basis For Calculating Or Settling The Contractors Remuneration. The Basic Order Will Be Settled In The Form Of A Monthly Lump Sum Remuneration. The Contractor Will Provide At Least Five Buses Intended For Basic Transport Routes And At Least One Vehicle Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities. Vehicles, Drivers And Caregivers Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Provides For The Right Of Option, In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, Including The Possibility Of Ordering Additional Transport Related To The Activities Of Educational Units, With A Total Distance Not Exceeding 2,000 Kilometers Subject To Settlement.
