Wyzwolenia 57, In Order To Adapt It To Achieve The Resistance Category Of A Protective Structure - Shelter S-2.2) The Contractor, Based On The Scope Of The Designed Works And Applicable Regulations, Will Determine The Appropriate Procedure For Preparing The Investment And The Scope Of The Required Design Documentation, In Particular Whether The Necessary Scope Of Construction Works Requires Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit, Reporting The Intention To Perform Construction Works Or Obtaining Another Decision Or Consent, Or Does Not Require Administrative Proceedings Before The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Body.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 8 To This Tor.
