Delivery Of Bread And Confectionery In 2026 To Catering Kitchens In Kielce At Ul. Krzyżanowska 8, Jagiellońska 76 And Dps At Ul. Żeromskiego 4/6 And Tarnowska 10 According To The Quantity And Assortment Specified In Annex No. 1A. The Order Will Be Fulfilled On The Basis Of Partial Orders Placed By Phone Or E-Mail By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party. At Least One Day In Advance Before The Date Of Required Delivery Or In Emergency Cases After Telephone Arrangement. The Quantities Given In Annex No. 1A Constitute The Estimated Demand. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To: - Resign From Purchasing Some Products Due To The Lack Or Limitation Of Demand; - Change The Quantity Of Ordered Products Within The Value And Range Specified In The Contract In The Event Of A Change In The Needs Of The Ordering Party; - Change The Product Range In The Event Of Withdrawal Of The Old And Introduction Of A New Product/Products, Within The Offered Product Group Of The Same The Same Or Higher Quality And Parameters, At A Price Not Higher Than That Offered In The Tender Offer. The Minimum Scope Of The Order Will Be No Less Than 30% Of The Quantities Indicated In The Contract.
