Part A: Domestic Courier Services1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Courier Services For Parcels Weighing Up To 50 Kg, In Poland (Part A) And Abroad (Part B), In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex 2 To Swz.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Collection From The Ordering Party, Transportation And Delivery In Poland (Part A) And Abroad (Part B) In The Door-To-Door Mode Door Of Shipments Containing Documents And Shipments Containing Goods And Services: Treating Shipments With Special Care, The So-Called Caution Service, Shipment Insurance, Delivery On The Day Of Posting (Regarding Part A), Delivery By The Designated Time, By Noon, Confirmation Of Receipt, Confirmation Of Delivery/Return Via E-Mail, Multi-Package.3) The Contractor Should Also Appoint A Person Responsible For Contact And Cooperation With The Ordering Party, The So-Called Customer Service Representative, Including: In The Scope Of Clarifying Inconsistencies And Doubts Related To The Implementation Of The Contract, Issued Invoices, Returns, Etc. The Contractor Will Also Appoint A Person To Replace The Customer Service Representative In The Event Of His/Her Absence.4) Courier Services Will Be Provided In Accordance With: A) The Act Of November 15, 1984, Transport Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1262), B) The Act Of November 23, 2012 R. Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 558), C) Act Of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Consolidated Text Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Items 1061, 1237), D) Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport And Construction Of February 24, 2006 On Determining The Status Of Shipments And Complaint Proceedings (Journal Of Laws Of 2006, No. 38, Item 266), E) Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of November 26, 2013 On Complaints About The Postal Service (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 474), F) Convention On The Unification Of Certain Rules Relating To International Carriage By Air, Drawn Up In Montreal On 28 May 1999 (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 37, Item 235, As Amended) - Applies To Foreign Shipments.5) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz.6) The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts For Similar Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 In Connection With Joke. 304 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7) Deadline For Order Completion: Up To 10 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Or Until The Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate To Finance The Order (Value Of The Contract In A Given Part) Is Exhausted, Depending On Which Of The Above-Mentioned Events Occurs First. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect Courier Shipments From The Ordering Party From The Places Indicated By The Persons Placing The Order Within A Maximum Of 2 Hours From Receiving The Order Or Within Another Time Agreed With The Person Placing The Order.
