The Subject Of The Order Is To Equip A Primary School With Equipment And Teaching Aids For Planned Classes As Part Of The Task Titled: Improving The Quality Of General Education In The Lubień Kujawski Commune Under The European Funds For Kujawy And Pomerania 2021-2027 Program. 2. The Task Is Not Divided Into Parts. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts Due To The Fact That Such A Division Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. Therefore, The Failure To Divide The Contract Was Dictated By Technical And Organizational Reasons And The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract. Any Division Of The Contract Into Lots Would Not Increase Competitiveness In The Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises Sector - The Scope Of The Contract Is Typical, Enabling Contractors From The Group Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises To Submit An Offer. According To Recital 78 Of The Directive, The Contracting Authority Should Be Obliged To Consider The Advisability Of Dividing Contracts Into Lots, While Retaining The Freedom To Make Autonomous Decisions On Any Basis It Considers Appropriate, Without Being Subject To Administrative Or Judicial Supervision.3.
