The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Including The Sale And Provision Of Gaseous Fuel Distribution Services In The Form Of High-Octane Natural Gas Type E Through The Distribution Network Of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O. (Osd) To The Facility Located At Ul. Jana Iii Sobieskiego 304, 84-200 Wejherowo. Detailed Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 4 To The Specifications. The Forecasted Fuel Demand Is 513,198 Kwh +/- 20%. The Above Gas Volume Value Is An Estimate And May Change. In The Event Of A Difference Between Planned And Actual Consumption, The Contractor Will Not Pursue Financial Claims Other Than Those Resulting From The Amount Of Gas Used. The Projected Gas Consumption Is Indicative Because It Is Not Possible To Determine In Advance The Amount That Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party And Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Gas Fuel In The Given Quantity. The Expected Consumption Of Gas Fuel Is An Estimate And Is Used Only For Comparing Offers.
