Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The District Road 1112W On The Kozłów - Grotki Section. 1.Description Of The Existing Conditionthe District Road No. 1112W Wojciechów - Młodynie Dolne On The Kozłów - Grotki Section Is A Through Road With A Road Cross-Section With Shoulders And Ditches On Both Sides, The Road Width Is 5.50 M. The Beginning Of The Development Is Located At The Intersection With The District Road 1113W Bukówno - Czarnocin - Grotki And The End Is At The End Of The Town Of Kozłów (Plot No. 91). The Width Of The Road Lane Is From 10.0 M To 13.0 M. Along The Length Of The Reconstruction, The Road Runs Through Uninhabited Built-Up Areas. On The Section Planned For Reconstruction, The District Road Forms One Intersection With District Road No. 1113W. There Is Technical Infrastructure In The Road Area. The Scope Of The Study Is Marked In Annex No. 2B. Mileage Of Reconstruction: From Km 2+420 To Km 5+066, The Total Length Of The Section To Be Reconstructed Is Approx. 2646M. 2. Design Assumptions2.1. Design Data: As Part Of The Reconstruction, The Road Should Be Widened To A Width Of 5.50 M, The Surface Should Be Strengthened By Leveling And A New Wearing Course. In Places Where The Load-Bearing Capacity Is Lost, The Road Structure Should Be Replaced. Road Drainage Should Be Designed Within The Road Area. A New Project For Permanent Traffic Organization Should Be Developed For The Whole. It Is Assumed That A Sidewalk Adjacent To The Road Will Be Designed On A Section Of Approximately 700.00 M In The Town Of Grotki, If Possible Within The Existing Road.2.1.2 Road Drainage:1. Due To The Existing Ditches And Green Areas, Drainage Should Be Planned Using Them. - If It Is Not Possible To Drain Water In The Above-Mentioned Manner, Other Technical Solutions Should Be Proposed.2.2 The Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.2.3 The Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In A Complete State From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is To Serve.2.4 The Design Documentation Will Be The Basis For The Implementation Of Construction Works.2.5 The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Ministers Regulation Infrastructure Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program. The Bill Of Quantities Should Take Into Account The Maximum Possible Consolidation Of Individual Construction Works. At The Stage Of Preparing The Bill Of Quantities, It Is Required To Make Arrangements With The Ordering Party Regarding The Form, Scope Of The Bill Of Quantities And The Method Of Consolidating The Bill Of Quantities Items.2.6. The Investors Cost Estimate
