Additional Information:1. The 9-Seater Minibus Being The Subject Of The Delivery And Its Components And Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Of The Highest Standard Both In Terms Of Quality And Functionality, And Free From Legal And Physical Defects, In Particular Construction, Material And Workmanship, And No Claims May Be Made Against It By Third Parties. The Vehicle Cannot Be The Subject Of Any Proceedings Or Security And Must Meet All Standards Allowing It To Be Used On Roads In Poland.2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Unregistered And Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, Unused, Technically Efficient, Ready For Use.3.
