Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Diesel Diesel Oil To The Ordering Partys Premises

1. The Subject Of The Order Is Successive, Cyclical Deliveries Of Diesel Oil In An Estimated Amount Of 60,000 Liters. The Indicated Amount Of Fuel Is An Estimate, Used To Compare Offers And Does Not Constitute An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase It In Full. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Full Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order During The Period Of Execution Of The Contract, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Compensation Or Financial Claims In This Respect.2. The Ordering Party Has An Above-Ground Diesel Tank With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters, Therefore The Single Quantity Of Fuel Delivered Will Be Approximately 4,000 Liters Each Time. Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered In Specialized Road Tankers Intended For The Transport Of Hazardous Materials (Class 3 According To Adr), Equipped With A Pump Enabling The Pumping Of Diesel Oil To A Height Of At Least 4.0 M. The Road Tankers Must Have An Operational And Certified Measuring System (Mobile Measuring System For Dispensing Liquid Fuels), Indicating The Exact Amount Of Diesel Oil Dispensed Under Measurement Conditions (Actual Temperature), Meeting The Requirements Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Finance Of April 13, 2017 On The Requirements To Be Met By Measuring Installations For Continuous And Dynamic Measurement Of The Amount Of Liquids Other Than Water, And The Detailed Scope Of Tests And Checks Performed During The Legal Metrological Control Of These Measuring Instruments (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 962, As Amended). These Devices Must Have A Valid Legalization Certificate Issued By The Competent Office Of Measures.3. The Amount Of Fuel Delivered At A Reference Temperature Of +15 Degrees C Will Be Settled On The Basis Of The Volume Delivered At The Actual Temperature (Indicated By The Legalized Measurement System Of The Road Tanker) Converted To The Reference Temperature Of +15 Degrees C Using The Fuel Density Specified In The Fuel Database Issue Document (Wz/Quality Certificate) For A Given Batch, In Accordance With Commonly Used Market Practice And Industry Standards.4. The Ordering Party Requires That Each Batch Of Supplied Diesel Oil Meets The Quality Requirements Specified In The Currently Applicable Regulation Of The Minister Responsible For Climate (Or Energy) On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels And The Requirements Specified In The Pn-En 590 Standard (Or Equivalent). The Fuel Supplied Must Be Adapted To Seasonal Requirements (Summer, Transitional And Winter Fuel) During Its Delivery Period. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To Each Delivery A Quality Certificate/Attestation Issued By The Fuel Manufacturer Or An Accredited Laboratory, Confirming The Fulfillment Of These Requirements.5. The Ordering Party Sets The Delivery Date For Individual Batches To 24 Hours From The Moment The Ordering Party Places The Order (Via E-Mail, Telephone Or In Writing).
