The Ordering Party Reserves That If The Needs Regarding The Subject Of The Order Decrease, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Appropriately Limit The Scope Of The Service, But This Limitation Cannot Result In The Contractor Performing The Mowing Service With Area Less Than 150 Ha. The Ordering Party Is An Agricultural Tax Payer.
