Tenders Are Invited For Successive Supply Of Diesel Oil For The Needs Of The Mokrsko Commune In 2026 - 2028

4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Supply Of B0 Diesel Oil (Pure Oil, Without Biocomponents) For The Needs Of The Mokrsko Commune Within 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, In An Amount Of Up To 70,000 Dm34.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Swz4.3. Pursuant To Art. 433 Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Unilaterally Reduce The Quantity Of Fuel Ordered, But The Minimum Order Quantity Will Be 80% Of The Benefit Included In Point 4.1.4.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Fuels Meet The Requirements Specified In: − Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1980, As Amended). − Polish Standard Pn-En 590:2022-08 Or Equivalent; − And Will Also Be Consistent With Those Amended In During Deliveries, Standards And Regulations Specifying Quality Requirements And With The Quality Certificate Issued By The Fuel Manufacturer.4.5. During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Random Verification Of The Quality Of Fuels, Which Will Be Performed By A Certified Analytical Laboratory.4.6. The Delivery Will Be Made To A Tank Loaned Free Of Charge To The Ordering Party.4.7. Basic Conditions For The Supply Of Diesel Oil: A) One-Time Delivery To The Mokrsko Commune Office - Equipment Base - Mokrsko 277, 98-345 Mokrsko In An Amount From 2,000 To 2,500 Dm3 To A Tank With A Distributor. B) Delivery: As Needed, Within 48 Hours From The Moment Of Ordering By E-Mail Or Telephone, Counted From The End Of The Day Of Receipt Of The Request (Not Including Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays), From 7:30 A.M. To 2:30 P.M. C) Detailed Terms And Conditions Of Deliveries Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
