1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Replacement Of Load-Bearing Chains (Step) In The S1-S6 Escalators Located In The Main Building Of The Silesian Museum In Katowice (Ms-Gg) At Ul. T. Dobrowolskiego 1. The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of Brand New And Replacement Of Worn-Out Load-Bearing Chains (Step Chains) Along With Crossbars And Their Adjustment In The Existing Escalators For 6 Flights Of Stairs. 2) Performing All Activities Necessary To Properly And Safely Start Up The Devices After The Replacement Is Completed.2. Order Completion Date: The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Subject Of The Order Within 15 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But No Longer Than By December 28, 2026. After Replacing The Chains, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Inspections Of The Office Of Technical Inspection (Udt) For Each Escalator Sequence. The Fees For The Post-Replacement Inspection Calculated By The Office Of Technical Inspection Are The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. Moreover, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Important Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
