The Offered Devices Must Be Brand New, Unused And From Current Production, I.E. Manufactured After July 1, 20254. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide At Least 36 Months Warranty. 5. The Warranty Period Is Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol.6. The Warranty Conditions Contained In Annex 5 To The Swz Take Precedence Over The General Warranty Conditions, Unless The General Warranty Conditions Are More Favorable To The Ordering Party.7. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz) Must Include The Name Of The Manufacturer, Type Or Model Of The Offered Device, Enabling Its Clear Identification.8. Bids For An Equivalent Operating System May Be Submitted. 9. An Equivalent Operating System Should Be Understood As A Product On Which Programs (Utility Applications Made To Order By The Ordering Party Or Purchased As A Ready-Made Product By The Ordering Party) Run Correctly In The Microsoft Windows Environment Without Additional Activities Ensuring The Proper Operation Of The Applications And Their Performance.10. The Delivered Devices Must Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of June 2, 2016 On Requirements For Electrical Equipment. In Particular, They Must Have The Ce Marking, Confirming Their Compliance With The Provisions Of The Regulation.
