Tenders Are Invited For Transporting Students To Educational Units In The Ciechanów Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of Students To Educational Units In The Ciechanów Commune, Including Transport To/From The Following Facilities In The 2026/2027 School Year: - Primary School In Gumowo - 200 Students - Primary School In Chotum - 22 Students 1.1. Children May Only Be Transported By Means Of Transport That Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law And Other Regulations Related To The Transport Of Persons, Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport. Providing A Bus That Does Not Meet The Requirements May Result In Termination Of The Contract Due To The Fault Of The Contractor.1.2. Child Care During Transport Is Organized And Provided By The Ordering Party. Each Bus Carrying Students Must Have At Least One Chaperone.1.3. The Contractor Must Provide Students With Safe And Comfortable Transport, I.E. Appropriate Safety And Hygiene Conditions (E.G. Seat Belts, Heating, Air Conditioning).1.4. Buses Must Have A Sufficient Number Of Seats On A Specific Route.1.5. In The Event Of The Introduction Of Restrictions Related To The Pandemic, Including Covid 19, And The Resulting Restrictions On The Number Of People Transported, The Contractor Must Ensure, While Maintaining The Gross Offer Price, An Appropriate Number Of Buses On A Given Route Meeting The Applicable Requirements.1.6. Transport Takes Place On School Days According To The Transport Routes And Bus Travel And Departure Times Agreed With The Ordering Party.1.7. A Detailed Transport Plan Will Be Agreed With The Contractor Before The Start Of The School Year.1.8. The Contractor Insures The Buses And Passengers Against Any Damage Incurred During Transport And In Connection With The Transport In The Scope Of Third Party Liability Insurance Of The Vehicle Owner And Personal Accident Insurance Of The Transported Persons.1.9. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Changing The Number Of Transported Students. If The Number Of Transported Students Increases, The Contractor Must Ensure Their Transport On The Terms Specified In The Offer, With The Possibility Of Modifying The Route. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Special Occasion Transport, E.G. Related To School Competitions. 1/10 Children Are Expected To Be Transported Earlier.1.11. Due To The Diverse Terrain, Different Road Surfaces And The Location Of Stops, The Ordering Party Recommends That The Submission Of The Offer Be Preceded By A Site Visit To Individual Routes. A Detailed Definition Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Bus Routes And Delivery Times, Will Be Included After Defining The Lesson Plan.
