Tenders Are Invited For Successive Provision Of Inspection, Repair, Maintenance, Calibration (Adjustment) And Verification Services For Lti 20/20 Trucam I, Trucam Ii Laser Speed Meters

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Provision Of Services Of Inspections, Repairs, Maintenance, Calibration (Adjustment) And Legalization Of Laser Speed Meters Of The Lti 20/20 Trucam I, Trucam Ii Type For The Provincial Police Headquarters In Łódź And Police Units Of The Łódź Garrison, According To The Assortment And Quantities Indicated In The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.2. The Services Will Be Performed Successively During The Contract Period.3. The Quantities And Type Of Assortment Are Specified In The Assortment And Price Form - Annex No. 2 To Swz4. The Detailed Scope And Conditions For The Provision Of Services Are Specified In The Contract Template, Annex No. 6.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Have Appropriate Technical Resources, Knowledge And Practice In Carrying Out Technical Inspections, Maintenance, Repairs, Calibration And Legalization Of The Devices Constituting The Subject Of The Order; B) Carry Out Technical Inspections, Maintenance, Repairs, Calibration And Legalization In A Manner Reliable, Timely, Consistent With The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge And The Manufacturers Technical And Operational Requirements As Well As Device Operating Instructions And Legal Regulations In This Regard; C) Performing Inspections And Inspections Of The Technical Condition As Well As Verification And Calibration In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Recommendations Of The Device Manufacturer. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Devices And The Number Of Services Provided, Specified In The Assortment And Price Form, Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Within The Amount Specified In The Offer. Such A Change Will Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract. 5. The Performance Of Services Will Be Each Time Confirmed By A Service Protocol, Calibration Certificate And Legalization Certificate. 6. The Completed Order Will Be Placed And Collected By Authorized Employees Of The Kwp/Kmp/Kpp Based On Orders (Order Template - Annex No. 3 To The Draft Contract) And Service Protocols, Calibration Certificates And Legalization Certificates. 7. The Service Will Be Performed Within A Maximum Of 15 Business Days (Offer Evaluation Criterion) From The Date Of Receipt Of The Device By The Contractor. 8. The Contractor Will Collect The Devices Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of Sending The Order And Deliver Them After The Service Is Completed To The Same Address, At His Own Expense And Risk On Business Days Between 8:30 A.M. And 3:00 P.M. The Address For Collecting The Device Will Always Be Indicated In The Order (List Of Places - Annex No. 4 To The Draft Contract). 9. The Actual Number And Type Of Services Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Its Budget. In The Event Of Ordering Services With A Lower Value Than Specified In The Offer, The Contractor Will Not Have Any Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect.10. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Complete The Order At
