Part No. 1 - Emergency Service: Services Of Performing Minor Renovation And Maintenance Works In General Construction1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Minor Renovation And General Maintenance Works On Own Real Estate And In Municipal Buildings And Premises As Well As Public Utility Facilities Administered By Gtbs Sp. Z O. O. And In Areas Adjacent To These Properties.2. An Emergency Should Be Understood As An Event Occurring Suddenly, Due To Unforeseen Reasons, Caused By Bad Weather Conditions, Poor Technical Condition Of The Facility Or The Action Of Third Parties, Which Poses A Direct Threat To Human Life Or Health, Damage To The Property Of Residents Or Third Parties And Requires Immediate Action. Ii. Scope Of The Order1. The Order Covers The Performance Of Minor Renovation And Maintenance Works As Well As Failures Occurring Suddenly And Unforeseen.2. Minor Works Should Be Understood As Works Performed Partially (Piecemeal) And Not As A Whole, In Particular The Reconstruction, Expansion, Modernization, Renovation And Maintenance Of Existing Buildings And Structures In The Scope Of: 1) General Construction, 2) Plastering And Cladding, 3) Flooring And Carpeting, 4) Painting, 5) Carpentry, 6) Glass, 7) Blacksmithing And Locksmithing, 8) Roofing, 9) Other Works Ordered By The Ordering Party.
