The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Repair Services Of Gearboxes And Drive Axles For Official Vehicles Of The Police Headquarters In Łódź, In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party.2. The Detailed Scope And Conditions For The Provision Of Services Are Specified In The Contract Template, Annex No. 8 To Swz.3. The Concept Of Repair Means Activities Related To The Removal Of A Defect Resulting From Current Operation Or As A Result Of A Failure, Restoring Full Technical And Operational Efficiency Of The Gearbox/Drive Axle.4. The Contractor Will Carry Out Repairs Of The Gearbox/Drive Axle Through, Among Others: Activities: Diagnosing Existing Faults, Replacing All Worn-Out Consumable Elements (E.G. Bearings, Gears, Hubs, Forks, Synchronizers, Seals, Housings, Etc.) After Previously Assessing The Degree Of Their Wear, Adjusting Bearing Tensions And Eliminating Play On The Shafts; In The Case Of Automatic Gearboxes, Also Disassembly And Assembly.5. Distance Of The Contractors Repair Plant From The Kmp In Piotrków Trybunalski Ul. Szkolna 30/38, 97-300 Piotrków Trybunalski May Not Exceed 120 Km. The Distance Will Be Checked Using The Website Https://Www.Google.Pl/Maps Using The Route Calculation - Driving A Car Tab - By Entering The Address Of The Police Unit At The Top, And Below The Address Of The Repair Facility Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form.6. The Contractor Should Ensure The Functioning Of The Workshop And Readiness To Accept Vehicles On Working Days For 8 Hours A Day, Excluding Public Holidays.7. The Ordering Party Will Deliver The Box (In The Case Of Manual Gearboxes), The Drive Axle Or Vehicles (In The Case Of Automatic Gearboxes) To The Workshop Of The Contractor Indicated In The Offer Form, On Its Own.8. The Deadline For Completing Each Repair Order Cannot Be Longer Than 5 Business Days. 9. In The Case Of Gearboxes Not Included In The Assortment And Price Form, The Contractor Will Present The Unit Price Of The Gearbox/Drive Axle Repair To The Ordering Party Within 2 Business Days Counted From The Day Following The Date Of Receipt Of The Gearbox, Drive Axle Or Vehicle.10. The Price Of The Service Cannot Exceed Average Market Prices And The Number Of Hours Needed To Perform The Repair Service Cannot Exceed The Time Standards For Repair Operations Included In The Current Audatex, Haynespro Workshopdata Catalog Or Other Equivalent Service Software.11. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Subject Of The Contract From The Moment Of Acceptance Until It Is Handed Over To The Authorized Representatives Of The Ordering Party.12. During The Repair Of The Gearbox/Drive Axle, Only The Contractor And Persons Acting On His Behalf May Have Access To The Vehicle.13. The Contractor Will Protect The Repaired Vehicle Against Theft And Access By Persons Not Acting On Behalf Of The Contractor.14.
